ABOUT
Our Background. Built From Experience, Not Just Theory.
Real estate may create some of your biggest tax-planning opportunities, but it is only one part of the puzzle. We help optimize your compensation, capital gains, business entities, retirement plans, alternative investments, and real estate portfolio into one practical strategy.
BACKGROUND
From Public Accounting to Active Investing
Nate began his career at one of the world's largest accounting firms, where he gained exposure to the complex strategies used by wealthy individuals and growing businesses.
Outside of work, he expanded into long-distance rentals, BRRR projects, flips, wholesale transactions, and creative financing across Florida and California.

Family and Portfolio
Building It Together
As the portfolio and business grew, Nate brought his wife, Bre, into the journey. Together, they sourced opportunities by cold calling and sending direct mail to distressed property owners, while managing and growing their investments.
Their progress eventually allowed Bre to step away from teaching and take a more active role in real estate, including qualifying as a real estate professional. That experience gave them firsthand insight into how income, family, business ownership, real estate, and tax planning work together.

THE FIRM
The Firm
As Nate implemented more advanced strategies within his own businesses and real estate portfolio, he saw how often other investors were left to discover, qualify for, and coordinate these opportunities on their own.
He founded The CPA Realtor in 2023 to close that gap.
Today, Nate remains an active long-term real estate investor while helping clients determine which strategies apply, what it takes to qualify, and how to implement them correctly.
We are not advising from the sidelines. We are business owners and real estate investors who have worked through many of the same decisions our clients are facing.
